Who Needs
OSP Registration is necessary for the following Service Providers: call centres, network operation centres, telemedicine, teleeducation, tele-trading, tele-banking, and other IT-enabled services requiring telecom resources. Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Public Switched Telecom Network, Public Land Mobile Network, and/or the telecom bandwidth offered by approved telecom service providers are only a few examples of the telecom facilities used by an OSP as Telecom Resources.
The entity must be a Private Limited Company in order to obtain an OSP Registration in India. Because of this, business owners who intend to launch a call centre, BPO, online store, or other IT-enabled service must incorporate a private limited company.
