Residual current driven circuit breakers for residential and related uses—ISI / BIS Certification—Part 1 Circuit breakers without intrinsic over current protection (RCCBs) have been included to the IS standard's IS 12640 required ISI Certification Scheme (Part-1). Without the ISI Mark stamped, this product cannot be imported or sold in the Indian consumer market. Manufacturers must send their products to BIS for testing and review in order to receive ISI/BIS certification. The product will receive a certificate of compliance once it satisfies all requirements.
